VISA INSTRUCTION GUIDE FOR SIERRA LEONE

TOURIST VISA - Please send the following:

1. U.S. Passport, signed and valid for at least 6 months.

2. One (1) completed application form. All questions answered and signed.

3. One (1) passport quality photo, color.

4. Vaccination certificate for yellow fever.

5. Letter of invitation from host/sponsor in Sierra Leone.

6. Proof of sufficient funds for travel (copy of latest bank statement)

7. Copy of airline tickets or travel agent itinerary.

BUSINESS VISA - Please send the following:

1. U.S. Passport, signed and valid for at least 6 months.

2. One (1) completed application form. All questions answered and signed.

3. One (1) passport quality photo, color.

4. Business cover letter from your company stating purpose of travel, dates of travel, name and contact of the company in Sierra Leone and financial guarantee for all your expenses.

5. Vaccination certificate for yellow fever.

6. Copy of your airline ticket or travel agent itinerary.

WPVS FEES:

7 BUSINESS DAY PROCESSING $100.00

3 BUSINESS DAY PROCESSING $150.00

EMBASSY FEES:

7 BUSINESS DAY PROCESSING $160.00

3 BUSINESS DAY PROCESSING $210.00

A. Maximum stay is 30 days.

B. Non-U.S. passports must send a copy of their U.S. visa or green card, front and back.

C. Fees, additional application forms and processing times may vary for Non-U.S. passports. Please call us with details of your passport and purpose of visit.

D. Documents received after 10:30am, processing will begin the next business day.
