VISA INSTRUCTION GUIDE FOR VIETNAM

TOURIST/BUSINESS E-VISA - Please send the following:

1.U.S. Passport, signed and valid for at least 6 months.

2. One (1) completed application form.All questions answered and signed.

3. One (1) passport size photo, color.

4. Copy of airline ticket or travel agent itinerary.

5. Invitation Letter from the Host Company. (Business Visa only)

ONE MONTH SINGLE ENTRY ONLY / 30 DAY STAY

7 business day processing $200.00

THREE MONTH MULTIPLE ENTRY ONLY / 30 DAY STAY

7 business day processing $300.00

TOURIST VISA - Please send the following:

4.The Embassy of Vietnam requires a pre-approval letter from a tour operator in Vietnam

5.Copy of airline tickets or travel agent itinerary.

BUSINESS VISA - Please send the following:

1. U.S. Passport, signed and valid for at least 6 months.

2. One (1) completed application form. All questions answered and signed.

3. One (1) passport size photo, color.

4.The Embassy of Vietnam requires a pre-approval letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Vietnam.

5. Business cover letter from your company stating purpose of travel, dates of travel, name and contact of the company in Vietnam and financial guarantee for all your expenses.

6. Copy of your airline ticket or travel agent itinerary.

A. Visas are date specific, covering dates specified on your application and itinerary.

B. Former Vietnamese nationals will require a different application form. Please call or email us at info@wpvs.com for these forms.

C. Non-U.S. passport must send a copy of their U.S. visa or green card, front and back.

D.Fees may vary for non-U.S. passports. Please call or email us.

E.Documents received after 10:30 am, processing will begin the next business day.

F.Yellow fever vaccinations are recommended and required if arriving from an infected country.
